Product Introduction: Sodium formate is a white crystalline powder with water absorbing performance and slight formic acid odor, soluble in water glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol, not soluble in ether. Sodium formate's melting point is 253℃.
Application:
1. Sodium formate is mainly applied to the manufacture of formic acid and oxalic acid, as well as to the manufacture of dimethyl formamide.
2. Sodium formate also can be used as camouflage acid in leather industry and catalyst, synthetic.
